There's no question that the Scientology crime syndicate killed Lisa
McPherson, or that they did so after she started talking to her kidnappers
that she wanted to escape from the cult. That's not a matter of issue and
even the killers themselves have admitted that they killed her; they just
claimed that they had the religious right to under Florida's Religious
Freedom Restoration Act -- which Florida courts have rountinely denied as
was in the McPherson murder wherein the Judge specifically stated that
Scientology couldn't claim the exemption to kill as that "would make every
man a law unto himself."

McPherson was tied down and murdered. Even the killers admitted that
they tied her down and kept her from escaping.

Scientology _admits_ that they killed her. What they don't admit to is
that it was deliberate -- at least not at first. After they started to
claim they had the religious right to murder their customers, though,
using the Religious Freedom Restoration Act Florida passed, that pretty
much stamps "PAID" on any claim the crime syndicate has that their
murder wasn't deliberate. They can't have it all ways.

So, you like the Communist Party or probably are even a member, but I
still don't know why David Touretzky does not object to the suicide
coaching of healthy and young people as Karin Spaink does. He knows of
her, so why doesn't he (or you other guys) speak out against that?
