How do i change the text cursor size?

I pressed somthing with control and dont remember wut it was. My test cursor,
the vertical blinking thing for text is now very small. How do i change it
back to normal.

not the cursor itself but the veritcal line has that blinks for text has
changed sizes. It is now really small. And it only happens in microsoft word.

Try changing the Zoom ratio and then change it back.
