Problems after installing Office2007 Tech refresh

I have Office 2003 and 2007 on the same machine. After installing the TR,
when I open Word2007 I get an error stating it can not open A20MSW11.dot.
When Word207 finally opened I created a simple document and saved it as test.
I closed Word2007 and reopened it. After it finally opened I attempted to
open the test doxument and I get a dialog stating that the document is not
available.

If you are using Norton AV then go to Norton Options and in the
Miscellaneous section turn off "Enable Office Plug-in".

If you are not using Norton but it was previously installed then the
DLL for the plug-in could still be registered.

Search for officeav.dll and if found go to Start/Run and run the
following command:

regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\norton antivirus\officeav.dll"

In the above example the path for "Officeav.dll" would depend on the
location of the DLL.
