My Old Disk Structure - Password Protected Files

To correct a probelm (XP would simply reboot the computer
when it was trying to load) I finally had to do a
reinstall Windows XP at what I call the "second level".
That is where it does not save your settings but it moves
all of your files etc to a folder called My old Disk
Structure. My problem is that one of the
identities/users on the computer had adopted a password
to enter his identities. Now we cannot access any of the
subfolders/files which are in the My Old Disk Structure
folder under his identity. It is frustrating to know
that the files are there (I assume since the files for
every other identity were preserved and the folder names
are still all there), but not be able to access them.
Anyone have any idea if we can do anything to
recover/access those files? Thanks.

Yes, you can recover them. You just need to reset the security settings on
those files (which you can do while logged in as an Administrator.)
