ok i dunno what happen but my background it was supposed to be the image that
i put for wallpaper in windows xp but instead it just went white and light
yellow color and when right click the background and choose property it said
that it was an html document but i can't close it it just act like a
wallpaper it also said that it's a file protocol from C:\WINDOWS\desktop.html
and i can't see that program when i press ctrl+alt+del anyone would help thx u

Go to Control Panel, Display app, Desktop tab, "Customize" button, Web tab,
Uncheck box for desktop.html file, and uncheck 'lock the desktop' box.
