Cannot find "Network.drv"

Dear all,

I want to setup the test APs like "ZD Winbench 2000" or "ViewPerf 6.12"
after the XPe system bootup. But when I click the "setup.exe" of these APs,
it will show me "Cannot find NETWORK.DRV". Would you please tell me the
reason or how to resolve this? Thanks for your help!

Windows XP and I get this below error.
Is Windows XP compatible to run with 16 bit application ?

when i try to install and execute "sysedit.exe", give me Error Message
"Cannot find Network.drv"

just copy %11%\wfwnet.drv to %11%\network.drv
