Thank you
How about downloading the latest driver and componentizing it yourself? (either INF import, or just putting all the files in the
right spots)
ftp://aiedownload.intel.com/df-support/7373/a08/win2k_xp142.exe
(if you only launch the exe (don't click Next yet), you will find all the necessary for componentization files somewhere under
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp\xxxxxx~tmp\Win2000 directory including the ialmnt5.inf/cat/sys/cpl/dll's/exe's/help files).

This driver is easy to componentise using INF import.
Download the *.zip version of the latest XP driver from the intel web site
and go from there.

You can call Embedded Graphics driver a striped version of Extreme Graphics
driver designed for embedded systems.
Download driver for your controller from here:
http://www.intel.com/design/intarch/software/driver/graphics/index.htm
P.S. It works just fine with my 845GV onboard controller.

The embedded driver wouldnt work.... bad things happened. I did however do a combination of the inf inport and the manual file placement to get it.
Thanks again everybody!!
By the way,
this is the reply I got from Intel:
Thank you for contacting Intel(R) Technical Support.
Unfortunately, we do not have any drivers for embedded systems. I suggest contacting Microsoft* for assistance on this issue.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need further assistance.
