Suddenly, and for no particular reason, one of the computers, after a period
of inactivity will, when awakened, display a curious dialog box:
The dialog box title is "Unlock Computer"
The message is: "The computer is in use and has been locked. Only Username
or an administrator can unlock the computer"
There are two fill-in boxes for entry of the Username (already filled in),
and the password (blank).
Clicking OK, with the password box left blank unlocks the computer.
The Windows help function seems to attribute this to a setting in Control
Panel | Display | Screen saver, a checkbox "On resume, password protect".
But this box is unchecked.
How can I permanently get rid of this lock-up?
