windows media player 11 install help needed

Hi
I get C00D2AFB error code when attempting to install WMP 11. I have included
all my logs concerning WMP, please help

Manually delete these registry keys:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ Software\Microsoft\Multimedia\
Components\Installed\DRM_DRM\Uninstall
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ Software\Microsoft\WindowsMedia\
Setup\BlockingRefCounts\App\WindowsMediaPlayer

and you should be fine.

Hi zachd and thanks for replying
Unfortunately the registry keys you told me to delete do not exist so i
cannot delete them.
I can get as afar as HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Microsoft but then the only
folders that exist are -
HTMLHelp
MasterAggreagatorForIPP
MediaPlayer
MessengerService
Windows

Can you please suugest anything else?

Create those keys if they don't exist. Either way that should prove that
you can correctly access them. =)
