Is there a way to sync addresses from gmail to windows mail?

GM - Export to a CSV file; WM - Import from the CSV file. No such
"automatic" or "on-the-fly" syncing of contacts.

You can export your Gmail contacts to a CSV file and import that data into
Windows Contacts and/or you can export your Windows Contacts to a CSV file
and import that datain to Gmail contacts but no, you cannot "synch" the
contacts/
