I cannot set up email account. It will not let me send. I don't know how to
go about fixing the problem. Says don't accept hotmail. Don't recognize
yahoo. Those are the only two emails I have. I would like this account for
sending pictures and replies to ads, etc. Please help. Thank you!

Sounds like you're referring to Windows Mail, not Windows Live Mail.

Assuming Windows Mail:

Use the Configuration Settings on this page:

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!

Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject na...@hotmail.com
and na...@msn.com addresses. When you enter your email address during setup,
use a dummy one (e.g., na...@notmail.com). After you've finished, go back
and change the email address to the correct one.
