Ready to go back to XP, had enough of Vista. Can you export the Windows mail
and accounts to Outlook Express? Will tranfer work?

With difficulty, you can export the mail as individual .EML files which OE
will import.
I don't know about the accounts, but I doubt they're as easy to transfer.

You can export accounts also:
Tools, Accounts, select the account, Export. Do this for each account.
It saves the account info in a .IAF file, which can be imported by OE.
