I am appalled at the countless varieties of issues regarding the switch from
Windows/Outlook to Vista. And we via Microsoft do not have a choice to
either choose Vista or not. Not good business. GIVE THE PEOPLE BACK THEIR
EMAIL. FOR SMALL BUSINESSES LIKE OURS IT IS IMPERITIVE AND YOUR COMPANY HAS
PUT OUR COMPANY IN A VERY TIGHT SPOT WITH UNDELIVERABLE...COMCAST DOES NOT
EVEN SUPPORT VISTA.
I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT COMPAQ AND THE CALL WAIT TIME IS ENDLESS....I WAITED
ALMOST 40 MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE GOT ONTO THE LINE.
I SMELL A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN THE AIR!!

Sounds more like most of your problems are due to lack of technical knowledge or support.
Do you have PC technical support on your staff?
Have you considered hiring someone to help your?

Compaq and Comcast are not part of Microsoft whom you seem to feel is to blame.
You are aware that you could have bought computers (not from a a big box store) with Windows XP.

I don't understand what you mean when you say
"appalled at the countless varieties of issues regarding
the switch from Windows/Outlook to Vista."

If you bought MS Office, MS Outlook is included and
would be the same - there is no "switch?" Outlook
was never included with any version of Windows. It
is always an optional installation.

If you like Outlook, it works fine with Vista.
Be sure to use Outlook 2003 or 2007.
