Medo,

Use VNC that should work and I use that to access over 80 different sites
country wide hooked
with highspeed links and the users can see what I am doing.

There are some alternatives, some of them more secure than others.
VNC is a common solution, but can be a security problem.
I have sucessfully used DameWare in the past and was pleased with it.

I have also done remote administration using GoToAssist from Citrix.
However, this works across the "internet" and would require access across
port 80.
