I hit the My book premium edition than went to D/L MY book Premium edition software. It did it the
first time. At this point you need a serial number so I canceled it and tried to go back to do it
again it wouldn't work.
I think it also happened @ COMPUSA.com Not sure.
Compare to Webroot SpySweeper's free trial version: If you download it once,
you won't be able to download it a second time; ditto if you try to
reinstall the trial version you first downloaded or use an installer someone
else downloaded.
