This file kept showing up in my temporary internet files. when I
deleted it it reappeared. I ran spyware finders to try to get rid of
it but they didn't find anything and it kept coming back. I finally
stopped my "Automatic Updates" service and changed the startup method
to "Disabled." It's gone now. So if anyone sees this and wonders
what it is, well, that's it.
