No you don´t. PSK is not supportet and can´t be deployed via GPO.
Because of security reasons only 802.1x will work with GPO.

Never checked, try to compare the registry with regshot 1.2.7
I have 2 Security Groups - one holds Computers that get the Group Policy.
The other holds users, and allows users' access to the WiFi network.
Very easy for the users - it just starts working :-)
