Maximus Decim update

Forgot to advise those who might be interested in the USB Maximus Decim
driver [Only for Windows 98SE], that an update to fix some minor errors was
placed. Version is now 2.4 [65kb] and is an update, 2.3E should be installed
first.

Check your original supplier for the update...
