Hi,
When a PC is connected to mt PC using USB, I have to
emulate my PC as Mass storage device. How can I do this?

You cannot connect two pc (each with its own USB host controller / root
hub) together with any standard USB cable. This is defined in USB spec
v1.1 page 16 says: "There is only one host in any USB system."
