Yes. Clean up your computer because it obviously has malware. The
Messenger service popups also indicate that you are running an NT-based
system (probably XP) that has not got the latest Service Pack
installed, and you may not have a firewall either.

If you are running XP, do not install Service Pack 2 on an infested
machine. When the machine is completely clean, see these sites for

And if this all seems too complex, take your machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA) and have
them fix it. There is no shame in doing this.
