In one of my classes, i'm responsible for creating a newspaper to send out to
the school. When my teacher emailed me the file to my home, i opened the file
only to discover that "publisher can not open files from a different
version." Does anyone have any helpful things i could do to figure out how to
use this?

If you think you have the same or newer version of Publisher, disable "script
blocking" in Norton and in Norton options, misc., disable "Office Plug-in" as well.
