Is this HotFix released yet?

In the list of hotfixes mentioned in another post, there was one listed as:

PendingPSVR2007 homepage performance degrades with lots of risks or
issues
(sometimes the page will timeout)

Has this one been released yet and does it have a number? It takes 15+
seconds to load the main pwa page due to the risks and issues and sometimes
times out. If we hide the "Reminders" web part, access is quick. If we go
to the Issues and Risks link, again it takes forever to load. I'd really
like to have this hotfix before we go live with our migrated instance of
Project Server, but cannot find it......

Yes, it is released and can be downloaded. However, it comes with all of
the following fixes and there is no way to separate the hotfix from the rest
of these.
