[TOP ISSUE - Are you having difficulty opening presentations in PowerPoint
that you just created (you can save, but not open)? -

Hello,
It sounds like this might be a known problem which only occurs with
presentations using Multiple Masters. There is a bug in the way that
PowerPoint handles exceptions to default formatting when opening a
presentation (choosing the wrong master to determine bullet formatting).
You can sometimes work around this bug by rearranging your slide masters so
that a different slide master is the 1st slide master listed in slide
master view.
1) View -> Master -> Slide Master
2) Click on 1st Slide Master and drag it to the end of the list of slide
master thumbnails
3) Close Slide Master view
4) Save and close presentation
5) Open presentation
6) If the problem still occurs, repeat steps.
