Running Vista Home Premium with Office 2007 on Intel based system; HP PSC
2410xi All-In-One printer attached.

When printing 'Monthly Style' calendar in Outlook, it only prints black &
white and there is no printing where there should be color as opposed to gray
scale. Print preview shows correct color. Color printing from other
applications, even within Outlook (such as a color email) work perfectly.

Have tried to update/replace the driver. From Windows Update, the install
does not complete and errors out with 80070103 error message. From HP
website, no drive is available to download - it says Windows Update/Vista has
correct drivers.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

Everything else prints in color?
It's either your printer settings or a driver issue. I'd check in HP forums.

I have the same problem with Outlook 2007 on Vista 32-bit. I should
have all the latest updates, and HP doesn't have any drivers for
vista. "it's all built in" -- I can already hear the cheesy sales
pitch for Vista and HP's "partnership". Anyway, I tried searching the
HP forums as a previous poster suggested, and that was pretty much
useless. Google only brought up this post. Anyone have a solution??

This is for a HP Deskjet 6540, which is different from the other
poster's printer... yet HP and vista remain constant... annoyance at
both rising.
