Hi all,

I'm using Outlook 2000 on windows 2000 professional
system. Outlook prints messages in plain text and rich
text format but fails in the case of html mail messages.
Has anyone got a solution or workaround for this problem.

Thanks in Advance,

Amal.

You need to actually open HTML formatted messages in Outlook in order to be
able to print them - simply selected the message you want to print in a fold
then trying to print it will fail - even if you have message previewing
active.

Good luck.

However, in 98 you don't have to open the window and can
print directly from preview panel. Any idea why the
difference?

I have the exact same problems. Even when I open the HTML
messages, they won't print correctly. The text portion
will print but I can never get the images to print, no
matter whether I use Memo print, Table print or any other
combination. Any suggestions for printing the images in
HTML mail? Thanks.
