Some other messages from Outlook 2003 can be opened in Outlook 2002.
Thanks!

Unicode messages created by OL 2003 can't be opened in OL 2002. In OL 2003,
click Tools>Other>Advanced Options and uncheck "Use Unicode Message Format
when saving messages" and then OL 2002 will be able to open them.

This only seems to be relevant though if users save a message by dragging it
directly out of Outlook and into a windows folder.
The option to Save As 'Outlook Message Format - Unicode' still seems to
exist if a user chooses to save a message using Save As, even if the above
mentioned option is unchecked.
At least this is what happens on our systems.
