Outlook 2002 cannot open an Outlook 2003 message

Tried to open a message created in Outlook 2003 using Outlook 2002. Receive
an error message: "Outlook cannot open this message. A newer version, such
as Outlook 2003 or later, is required to open this message." The messages do
contain attachments, but removing the attachments didn't help in opening the
messages.

Some other messages from Outlook 2003 can be opened in Outlook 2002.

Not sure but a message from a Unicode PST might not be openable by OL2002 at
all
