I'm using Outlook 2003 SP 2. We have 2 users on a single machine however the
junk email filter will only work for one user at a time. Whoever starts
outlook first the junk email filter will work for. We are both often logged
in at the same time with outlook running for both of us so this is a very
annoying problem.

Thanks for the help,

How is this setup? Separate logins and Fast User Switching (Start-> Log
Off-> Switch User)? What type of account is being used?

Yes that is it. They are separate logins and we are switching between users
using Fast User Switching. The user accounts both have Admin and the E-mail
account is a POP/SMTP account.

Ditto. Same exact problem - (Fast user switching, multiple instances of
outlook running on same computer - junk mail filter only works for one
instance). Has anyone come up with a solution as yet?

I don't think there is a solution. The junk filter doesn't seem to operate
correctly for both when two instances of Outlook are open simultaneously.
