Can't defragment my .pst file

I'm using Outlook 2000 on a PC with windows XP. Disk Defrag will not defrag
my .pst file.
my .pst file.
Please help.

...then it must be held open by some Program or another.
Make sure that Outlook is closed.
Use Task Manager to inspect for hidden instances of Outlook (created
by Word/Excel/Access processes that use data from the PST).
Make sure that any AddIns are closed - e.g. the IncrediMail AddIn often
remains running after Outlook is closed.
