Hi,

I am using some style to my Windows XP that apparently make my taskbar
thinner.
However, when I install and show MSN Deskbar on my taskbar, my taskbar
getting higher, and my taskbar looks rather ugly now.
Is there a way to set the height of deskbar? I don't need it to be so
tall. Copernic DS can do it, can't MSND ?

Thanks.

MSN Search Deskbar is currently not able to resize vertically. We will
investigate this for a future release. For now, to get your taskbar back to
how it was, you can drag the deskbar onto the desktop and have it "float."
You can still access the deskbar with the ctrl-alt-m shortcut.

Thanks for your feedback.

Would you mind telling me how to let it float on the desktop? AS I can't drag
it out.

Make sure your taskbar is not locked.

Now, see the little grabber thing where you can reszie it? drag that to teh
desktop. make sure it's the desktop, as dragging into another window won't
work. now it's floating. You could say then dock it to the top of your
screen, set to autohide and just pull it up with a flick of your wrist :)

Thanks Brandon for the reply, and I believe MSN Desktop Search can only
get better. I have given MSND one week try by now, and I'm sorry to say
that I'm going back to Copernic Desktop Search for now. I have just
uninstalled it after I couldn't find a zip file I was looking using
MSND, but easily done by CDS. If you are interested to know more on
what didn't fulfill my expectation on MSND, in order to improve future
MSND, let me know. I'll be glad to describe it :)

Thanks Brandon.
