Hotmail won't stay on server! No server options.

Entourage 2004 has started moving all mail I receive from Hotmail to my
computer inbox, and the messages on the Hotmail server are then moved
to the deleted items folder. This applies not only to new Inbox
messages, but also to new Junk mail and new sent mail. Older messages
are not effected.

I went into the Option tab, and noticed that the server options are
completely missing in the window pane.
I made no changes to any Entourage settings prior to the onset of the
problem.
I also have an exchange account and a .Mac account being accessed by
Entourage 2004. Both are functioning normally.
How can I get Entourage 2004 to process Hotmail messages correctly?
