I'm trying to print hundreds of emails but only need to print the
"current message". I do not need to print all of the previous emails
attached to the current email (I would almost call this the history of
a particular email). In Windows Outlook or Outlook Express, I remember
that I was able to select "Print Current Email Only" from a print
option found when printing email messages. This is essentially what I
would like to do with Entourage. I realize that I can manually select
the current email but I'd like to be able to automate it if possible.
Thank you.

When you say you don't want to print all the emails "attached to" the
current email, do you actually ones sent as attachments and also appear in
the attachment pane as well as in the message window (which is possible, but
not done often), or do you mean all the quoted stuff like the text above
here? There's no way to automate selection of non-quoted material for
printing, not even by AppleScript, I'm afraid, except maybe by a very
arduous process.

PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.

Paul, I've also downloaded your script to delete imported duplicates
in Entourage X. I keep getting a message saying that I can "just
select two messages outside the limts of the imported messages". What
exactly does this mean? I have a mailbox with 1600 emails in it that I
need to clean up including deleting duplicates. This is what your
script does right?
