SENT items not sync with Exchange

Hi there,

We have a problem with one of our MAC's. (OS X 10.4.7 (Build 8K1079)
and Entourage 10.3.7)

When user sends e-mail to someone, the mail is sent to the recieptient
and stored in Entourage in the SENT ITEMS folder. But when another
user opens the same mailbox on a PC with outlook 200x or on another
Mac, the mail is not found in the SENT ITEMS folder. Even with OWA the
mail is not in the SENT ITEMS folder.

So in the sysnc between Entourage and Exchange 2003 something goes
wrong. Other folders seem to sync well.

Does anyone knows what's going wrong??

FYI: It's "Mac" or "Macintosh".

"MAC" is an acronym that can stand for many things that have nothing to
do with Macintosh computers directly - one of the more common is Media
Access Control (as in "MAC address").

Are you sure you're just not giving it enough time? Entourage, in some
environments, takes a while to synchronize folders.

Try right-clicking (or Control-clicking) the Sent Items folder and
choosing Synchronize Now.

Hi Rik!

Verify with your Exchange Server administrator that Exchange is fully
patched and up-to-date with all service packs. We had this same issue at
work and then after one of the patches the Sent Items began syncing.

This only applies to Entourage when connecting to Exchange Server via an
Outlook Web Access (OWA) address. To avoid this problem, use the
address of a back-end Exchange Server.
