Entourage 2004 (11.3.6) on Intel or PPC does not always receive all email
from EX2003 server....We access the exchaneg server via the owa webmail and
from time to time, not all email is delivered to Entourage although it still
exists/shows on the OWA server as not read (but it is corrupt and cannot be
read)...

Is there a solution to this problem.....

Thanks,

Andrew

Maybe I'm unclear, but it seems if it's corrupt, how could you Entourage
read it?

OK, I need to clarify....you are right if it is corrupt entourage could not
read it......

Howevver, if I log in with Outlook on Win Xp or Win2K...all messages are
there and can be read....

Seems as if somehow entourage may be corrupting the emails ?

I am at a loss......

This is a common problem with corrupt messages. Once Entourage hits a
message that it can't understand then it stops syncing any more
messages. Delete the messages via Outlook on a Windows machine or via
Outlook Web Access (OWA) and then Entourage should begin to sync.

Hope this helps!

I'll forward this on to some of the exchange experts that might have
overlooked this thread. It's always best to put exchange in the subject so
people that scan the list will be sure to see it.
