Hi

On one of my worksheets, I originally created an editable range
(E8:M20000).

I late decided that i didn't want two of these columns to be editable
after all, so I have deleted the above allowable range and replaced it
by three new ones: E8:H20000, J8:K20000 and M8:M20000.

However, columsn I and L are still editable, it seems as though the
cell property has not been reset to "unprotect", i.e even though I
hace deleted the allowable range, nothing has yet told columns I and L
that they are editable - well, that's how it seems to me anyway.

Even when I do a normal copy and paste (with formatting), in a new
workbook - the cells are editable even though they are not in the same
position and there are no ranges specified in the new workbook.

I'll go about creating a new worksheet, but there should be a
solution. Has anybody come across a similar problem?

Cheers
