How do I customize Excel's Title Bar?

I am trying to set the Title Bar sans the file name, e.g.:

application.caption = "Financial Reporting".

Unfortunately, the title bar reads:
Financial Reporting - fr.xls

How can I remove the file name ( the - fr.xls)?
Is there an API that can change the caption description?

Application.Caption = "Your Caption" changes before the dash.
Activewindow.Caption = "Your Caption After Dash" after the dash.
