An excel application I wrote fails to recalculate all dependent cells
when a primary cell is manually updated. The file is ~2MB, has 15
sheets and written only using Excel 2000 native functions (no VB or
Marcros). It has 1 input sheet, 1 calculation sheet and 13 report
sheets. Everyting appeared to be working fine until the file grew
larger than 1.5MB. All option settings appear to be correct (e.g.,
automatically recalculate fields). Does anyone have any ideas or
experience with this problem?

Thx,

If you are using Excel97 there were a lot of calculation bugs which got
fixed in the SR1 and SR2 updates.
(check in help-->About)

Check that you do not have any circular references.

If you are not using Excel97 or have applied the updates try changing the
calculation option to manual and press F9. If that does not work try
pressing Ctrl/Alt/F9.

If that does not work and you have no VBA user defined functions then your
excel file may be corrupted.
