Hello to all,

how can I print page numbers on my worksheets, starting from user's choice?
Excel forces first number to be 1 and then consequently numbers all the
others pages.

For example, I would like to put "Page 35" on the first page and then let
Excel to do the rest of the numbering for me.

Thank you in advance.
Enzo

Go to Page Setup and you will see a box conveniently named "First Page
Number". Change it from Auto to whatever you want.

Method 1. File>Page setup>First page number. Enter 35.

Method 2. With the Custom dialog box open, select the Insert Page No. icon.

You will get &[Page] just add + 12 and a space

i.e. &[Page]+34<sp> will start at page 35.

I just noticed the "+ 12"??

Where the heck did that come from?

I should have typed + 34.
