Have you emptied your Internet cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet options,
delete files.
Delete the Office cookie, this will force a re-install of the ActiveX control.
If this doesn't work, try the following
Go to Start/Run and type

Regsvr32 jscript.dll

Then go to Start/Run again and type

Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Notice the space between the 32 and the next word.

Hi Mary

I have the same problem as pammi225.

I have tried both suggestions, but it has not fixed the error that is coming
up - absolutely no clip art is being displayed, and the "page done with
errors" is shown on the bottom left hand side.

Any other ideas?

This is happening to a lot of folks lately. Might help to update your java console.

Did you check to see if the Media Control is enabled. In Internet Explorer, tools,
Manage add-ons.
