Creating my own custom Help for application?

Hello all,
I've used Microsoft HTML Help Workshop to create custom help for my
application, basically a help screen for every form in my application.
I want to put a HELP button on each one of my forms OR use the F1 key,
and when it is pressed, the help for that form shows up?
How do I do this?

I highly recommend this software for writting help files as well.
