Hi - I just want to report back and share my findings on
a problem I've had for a long time.
I use the Wise installation system 9 and the SageKey scripts
to install Access runtime 2002.
When I installed it on a Terminal Server 2000/2003 normal users would
get an error message saying "They don't have permissions to
update this data. Please re-run install as administrator" (close to that)
when they shut down Access 2002 runtime.

I had to run regmon and finally track the problem down to the
RunAccess.exe SageKey uses updating the local classes hive.
They have provided a fix for this:

Grrrrr... took me ages to track this one down.
