I've made a database in czech (CZ) version of Access 2000.
It is a very simple example - one form includes a button,
that opens form nr. 2.
The problem appeared, when I sent this database to my
swiss friend. He uses a german version of Windows NT and
Access. It is not possible to run this example ( error
message says, that Access had a problem while comunicating
with ActiveX or OLE server ). The same thing appears when
I use czech Access in german WinNT.
How to solve this ?
Thank you for answer.

In my experience and based on the operating system (NT4) it sounds like a
code page issue. Have you installed or enabled the multilanguage support
for the OS?
The following article may be helpful,
HOW TO: Add and Enable Additional Languages in Windows [ntrelease]

NOTE: Even if you install multilanguage support, you cannot open a database
if it
requires a code page that is not supported by your operating system.
Hope this helps
