Hi,
 
We are facing two issues related to system's date format.
 
1. we need to find the date format of the system using QTP

2. also we need to enter any given date in the test application, after converting it in to the system's date format

Please suggest how these two issues can be done

1.You can you use Date function to find out the current date of system

Yeah, you can use Now if you need DTTM (date an time)
if you are looking only for Date then just use Date 
Msgbox Date

hello sipla,

You can use cdate function to convert any date format into the sytem date formate.
Please let us know, whether issue was resolved or not
