to Maven for PHP

Major changes:
We recommend to use the following parent pom for your projects: org.phpmaven:php-parent-pom:2.0.0-beta-2 (or any later version you like). This parent pom comes with some important defaults. Remove any version numbering from phpmaven plugins from within your pom. The phpmaven plugin versions are now configured in the parent pom.

We now have a zend-framework archetype. It builds a web application that can be tested using the jetty web server. It is fully compatible to any os and does not need manual fixtures. See http://www.php-maven.org/tags/2.0.0-beta-2/php-zend-10min.html for details.

More to come soon.

In timeline (for beta-3, targeted for the next 10 days):
- Additional documentation.
- more junit test cases
- Building our CI server with tests for various os (windows, debian, suse, ubuntu)
- rework of the php5-web-archetype to use the jetty webserver.

Within the next hours I will publish a research and planning document that targets version 2.0.1 and 2.1.
Within 2.1 we will focus on
a) various frameworks
b) project types
c) Featured open source projects and the xWorlds catalog that lists featured projects. You may read http://www.php-maven.org/tags/2.0.0-beta-2/tut-xworldsrepos-featured.html to get some notes on the rules for featured projects. Please comment as we do not yet know if the rules are acceptible for the community. They may change in future if they are not viable.
