Showing overlayitem title on it.

I have two questions. First is about showing title over marker. I am using following syntax.

OverlayItem marker = new OverlayItem(new GeoPoint(points.get(i).lat, points.get(i).lon), points.get(i).name, "hjj");

Although marker is showing up but marker title is not shown up.

My second question is about tap event over this marker i.e. when someone tap on this marker a popon shown up showing marker name and details. Kindly help me.
