Rewrite: handling touch events

Hello all,
is there already a rudimentäre implementation for handling touch events in the rewrite branch?
Do I have a possibility to find out if an user taps on a Marker in an overlay?

The rewrite branch still lacks a proper touch event handling. Overlays
such as markers cannot yet react on pointer events. I am planning to add
such a feature but i cannot tell you when exactly it will happen.
