'Failed to edit' and 'Bad data' errors

Lately, we have been receiving several requests for correction of
"Bad Data" & "Failed to edit or delete" bugs. These errors are taking
more time to fix than we would have hoped for. We assure you that we
are keeping track of everything that has been reported, and urge you
all to keep posting these errors. We regret any inconvenience caused
due to this.

are actively working on resolving this.
