(starving), jogging, visiting gym etc.
Fact: Yog is a systematic and natural way of reducing weight without
harming yourself physically (wrinkles) and internally (under
nutrition).
Loosing weight with right breathing exercise is natural and fast with
absolutely no side effects, even if one looses kilos in a week.
Here is a testimony of a Senior Police officer, who lost 17 Kgs in 2
months. And maintaining the same for more than one and half year. In
this case, though he lost weight quickly, he found that his health is
more sound. Also, once you loose weight through yog, it stays with you
for long.

During Feb 2007, I met Sri Manas Maral, a Software Engineer. He
introduced me to Pranayam and Yoga. When I was Assistant Commandant,
Ist Batallian KSRP, I organized 15 days Pranayama Course for 150 men
and officers including me. I followed selected Pranayam and simple
yoga
exercises and the diet prescribed by Sri Manas Maral. Within one month
I lost 14 Kgs. of weight and excess fat around my waist. Again after a
gap of 15 days another course of 10 days was organized in I Bn KSRP in
which I participated and further lost 3 kgs of weight. Totally in a
span of 2 months I had lost 17 kgs. of weight and I am 79 kgs now,
which is suitable for my height. This Pranayam and Yoga exercises has
made me trim, feel healthy and reduced obesity.
I also used to have severe acidity and stomach pain, whenever I used
to skip meals due to duty demand. I used to carry an emergency tablet
with me. Within couple of the weeks, my acidity problem completely
gone.
This weight I am maintaining for more than an year now by spending
about 1/2 hr everyday. Above that, I have not fallen sick, since I
started practicing the Yoga taught by Sri Manas Maral.
I further introduced the Pranayam and yoga exercises through Sri Manas
Maral at KSRP training School, when I was the Principal between April
2007 to July 2007. This benefit has been taken by three batches of
trainees consisting of around 100 members.
Further after I took charge as Commandant, 3rd Bn KSRP I had
introduced Pranayama and Yoga exercises for every Company refresher
course / intensive course members through Sri Manas Maral and this has
resulted in the improvement in the health of the police personnel,
reduction in their stress level and also curing their minor ailments
like Asthama, Cough, Cold, Acidity and other allergies.
On the whole I would like to congratulate Sri Manas Maral and
appreciate his voluntary interest in imparting Pranayama & Yoga
Exercises for the benefit of police personnel.
