Some of us has now set our mindset that we are bound to get major
disease after 35 years of the age.
One may not be able to change the working condition, but can definetly
prevent these disases by adopting 1/2 hr of Breathing exercises daily,
some simple acupressure techniques and right food habits.
Its a myth that Yog can only be done in the morning. Its true that it
gives its best results in early morning between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM,
however, it can be done any time of the day and in bits and pieces,
with some precautions. The way you have meetings in office, in between
one can take a break of 5 - 15 min and have a meeting with yog and
acupressure.
Finally, you have to decide, life is yours.

I had a severe Back pain and I tried taking all kind of medicines.
Some said that it was due to acidity and some were saying that its
mainly to due to way I sleep. But nobody were able to give me the
right medicine to cure this problem.
I came to know about Manas from one of my friend called Raghavendra.
The next weekend, I visited him and I told him the problems I had.
I had 2 problems.
1: ACIDITY
2: Back Pain.
He asked me the option for which one I had to get cured on priority. I
was struggling a lot due to back pain and wanted to get rid of it
ASAP. He suggested me some pressure points and Yoga postures along
with Prayanama. Now I am completely cured and its not even
re-occurring. I am very happy and my acidity problem has also come
down drastically.
