My cousin, aged 16 years studying in 10+2, was suffering from Sinus
from last 2 years and due to which she used to have headache in the
temporal area and eye browse. Whenever she was exposed to sun, she was
feeling pain in the same area. She always used to get cough with
phlegms.
Apart from this she also used to get severe abdominal pain on the 1st
day of her menstrual cycle. She has to take pain killer to subside the
pain. This was also there since 2 years.
She was also suffering from severe constipation since 2 years.
She had taken many alternative treatments before, but all in vain.
I showed her to Manas on 25-04-2010 in Noida. He taught her Pranayam,
put some tiny magnets and applied sketch per color in hand. Same day,
though we traveled on bike in afternoon in peak sun, she did not get
headache. After a week of treatment Sinus problem just disappeared ...
Next menstrual cycle, she had little pain, but it was bearable. She
did not take any pain killer. Second cycle no pain at all.
