Observes the status and performance of all components of the company’s website. Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems affecting website performance. Escalating website issues as necessary to appropriate individuals May assist in provide technical support and troubleshooting when applicable. May perform network administration duties. Participates in special projects as required. Review and route company-wide incidents and requests via incident management system. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Responsible for performing daily operations and maintenance to ensure website availability • Monitor incoming email alerts, respond and route emails to appropriate individuals • Provide technical assistance to customer support • Produce hourly reports of site status and availability • Record on-going site issues and appropriately hand-off site issues to the incoming technician. • Work 6 or 12 hour rotating shifts on a 24x7 in a Network Operations Center (NOC) Pay: up to $17 / hour, based on experience and qualifications This is an hourly, full-time position, with benefits, based in Louisville, KY.
